Paychecks & Balances

Okay, I will be honest. I tell everyone who will listen about this podcast. Without a doubt, this is one of my favorite shows and I have listened to every episode. I even got a shout out on an episode of their show (my review can be found at the 53:51 minute mark).

What I love about the Paychecks & Balances Podcast is how engaging the hosts are. Marcus and Rich are two “senior millennials” who tell it like it is.

They show how they balance entrepreneurship and the Corporate World.

They also share the behind the scenes info as to what steps they are taking next and how they plan to level up.

If you are looking for a good time while also learning some financial gems, this is the podcast for you.

This podcast is truly all things finance. They inspire others on the debt freedom journey by sharing their story and practical advice. They also talk about early retirement.

Great show for those interested in investing and real estate through the eyes of a millennial married couple.

Brown Ambition

Mandi Woodruff and Tiffany Aliche host the Brown Ambition podcast and are sure to make you smile. It is really incredible to witness the journey of these two women over the span of the last four years, I literally feel like they are my older cousins.

Mandi shares her experiences of working as a manager in the Corporate World and Tiffany shares insights as the CEO of several companies.

One of the best things about this podcast is how real and down to earth the hosts are. For example, the hosts honestly share past financial mishaps and how they overcame them. Furthermore, in every episode they answer listener questions to help guide them to real-time solutions.

Definitely, add Brown Ambition to your playlist today if you are looking for real life financial insight from two inspiring women of color.

Journey To Launch

Jamila was one of the first Black woman I discovered in the Financial Independence Retire Early (FIRE) movement space.

She keeps it real by addressing some of the often unspoken barriers to FIRE. Furthermore, she also provides actionable steps towards achieving your financial goals.

Jamila’s mission is to teach others about the power of raising our incomes and learning how to invest. She is surely a cool black podcaster to check out if you are interested in practical ways to reach financial freedom.

Black Entrepreneur blueprint

I recently discovered the Black Entrepreneur Blueprint podcast and it has been game-changing!

Each week Jay Jones shares practical insight about how to launch, build and grow a successful business. He always delivers inspiring content to motivate business owners. This is great for those ready to push onto the next level.

All in all, one of the most useful lessons I have learned from this podcast is the power of mindset. This podcast helps to push you past limiting beliefs. For example, you cannot get your money right, if your mindset is not there.

If you are a black business owner, add this podcast to your list. Trust us, you will be glad you did.
